By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of the Service

SliceShot is a recreational golf scoring application that allows users to track stroke play and Stableford rounds, record drinks, and calculate fun-based scoring variations.

The App is intended for entertainment and personal use only. It is not an official scoring tool for tournaments or regulated competitions.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the App complies with local laws.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • The accuracy of scores and data you enter
  • Your own device and data backups
  • Ensuring responsible alcohol consumption where applicable

SliceShot does not promote excessive or unsafe drinking. The App is intended for light-hearted recreational use only.

4. Premium Subscription

SliceShot may offer a Premium subscription.

  • Payment is processed via Apple App Store.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You may manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID settings.
  • We do not provide refunds. Refund requests must be directed to Apple.

Prices may vary by region and are subject to change.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design, logo, and software in the App are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the App without permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”.

We make no warranties regarding:

  • Accuracy of scoring calculations
  • Availability of the App
  • Error-free operation
  • Compatibility with all devices

Use of the App is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of data
  • Lost profits
  • Personal injury
  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Disputes between users
  • Any outcomes resulting from alcohol consumption

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if these Terms are violated.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Austria, without regard to conflict of law principles.

If you reside in another country, mandatory consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction remain unaffected.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
